Dear Friends,

It's a dreary day outside, and the weather forecast throughout the weekend is gloomy. With a 90% chance of thunderstorms on Sunday evening, it has become necessary to reschedule our outdoor Garden Party (originally this Sunday). We'll be pushing it back just one week, with the new date being Sunday, April 19 from 6 - 8 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience!

The nature of the garden party remains the same - we'll be passing around small bites from the kitchen and will have a cash bar open for beer and wine. It's a beautiful space and we want y'all to enjoy it in the sunshine.

That being said, we hope you can still come in for dinner this weekend. Our weekend prixfixe menu is becoming very popular, and this one includes:

• warm salt cod salad with chickpeas and chard
• lamb osso buco with sunchocke farrato
• strawberry pistachio tart

It's just the meal to add a touch of comfort to a drizzly day. And at $35 for three courses, it's also quite the bargain.

PS - You can still see us on Sunday at the East Austin Urban Farm Tour, an event that directs you to four urban farms at which you can taste food and drinks from some of Austin's best restaurants and artisans. We'll be set up with at Boggy Creek Farm along with restaurants Lenoir, Olamaie, WINK and other friends! That event is rain or shine as food and drink vendors will be set up under tents.
